The Vanderbilt Kennedy Center is housed primarily in two buildings on the Peabody campus of Vanderbilt University in downtown Nashville: the MRL Building on the corner of 21st Avenue South and Edgehill and the Hobbs Building on 18th Avenue South. Researchers' offices and laboratories also are located in other Vanderbilt buildings.

Parking is available in spaces 52-170 at the Wesley Parking Garage on 21st Avenue South and Scarritt Place at standard central parking rates. If an attendant is not on duty, use the coin box for payment.
For events, a sign language interpreter will be provided if requested at least three days in advance of the event, call (615) 322-8240. Locations for special events are wheelchair accessible.
