What is Tennessee Disability Pathfinder?
Pathfinder is a statewide information and referral service which connects the Tennessee disability community with service providers. Referral services, free of cost, are provided to persons with disabilities, family members, service providers, and advocates.

Pathfinder was created as part of a Family Support Model Demonstration Project grant from the Administration on Developmental Disabilities to the Tennessee Council on Developmental Disabilities and Vanderbilt University’s Vanderbilt Kennedy Center for Research on Human Development. It continues to be a collaborative project of both the Council and the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center.
